Implementing what I had learnt until this moment from the subjects..

The need to pay pre enrol fee by 31st October!
Failure to do so.. You may not be enrolled into the next semester..
Once classes are full, students would not be able to enrol if they do not pre enrol..

What is this for??
First thing that crosses my mind..
TO boost up sales at the end of the accounting period..

Manipulate cash flow..
TO finance the construction fees as they are upgrading the college...

It wouldn't be classified as Prepayments..
But as SALES isn't it??
Application fees..

And why would they need the school leave certificate.?
Its the 2nd year enrolment and they want a school leave certificate??
Duh... If enter second year then it is obviously you are already leave the school..

Shouldn't it be the 1st year enrolment where you take the school leave certificate??
But it is not needed..
Weird system..

What about your college / uni??
Are they like that too??
Find it weird somehow..
