Day 2 and 3 in Ipoh

2nd day was the most tiring day of all,
Since I have not had a good sleep the night before,
Whole afternoon stayed at home,
In the room, with the laptop on, and the stand fan blowing straight at me..

However,
Went out to Ipoh Jusco after having lunch..
Aunt went to make a laptop skin for her laptop..
Really tempting though to make one when I was there with them..
But looking at the price of RM 45 EACH..
Its really expensive for a laptop skin though..

But Aunt is from Canada,
The currency exchange makes it cheap for them to purchase it here than in Canada..

The kids are trying to make for their Nintendo DS too as it really looks nice..
However, it is just too small to cover up their DSs..
Thus, both keep bugging their parents to get them..
* its really sienZ when they do that though *

After that, headed back home..
And that's the end of Day 2..

Coming to Day 3..
Same timing to wake up,
But today was slightly better as there are no mosquitoes that woke me up in the middle of the night..

My ah ku.. Youngest aunt in my dad's family,
Decided to bring me out to make a laptop skin for my laptop..
Since she made hers yesterday, and it turns out be pretty nice..
*Of course nice la right? RM45 for a laptop skin!*

But, is it worth it?
Maybe not.. Tempted to do so..
But, my original skin colour is already black..
So, scratches or dirts wouldn't be that visible as compared to her laptop which is white..
However, her main reason of getting the skin was not because of the white surface..
But the BIG, BLACK word speeling TOSHIBA!! XD
Just to cover the name, might be just worth it for her..
Working and by seeing that BIG WORD might just demotivate her..
SPending extra for the skin might just her give her a mood boost! =)

BUT~~~!!!! ITS REALLY REALLY NICE!!!!!! T.T
*Maybe when I start working and I needed a mood boost? =.=!*

Anyways,
Went out for breakfast at ten..
Got out of bed early morning, after a late night sleep!
Thanks to my little cousin..

and animal.. But Its just the act not nature! =)

After breakfast,
we went for a short window shopping around the Jusco shopping mall..
Its slightly smaller here in Ipoh than those I went in Bukit Tinggi and so on..
MAybe because I walk only a small part of it?

Nah, just forget about it,
Back to the shopping thing,
1st shop - Esprit.
You may call me a jakun or what ever it is..
But I do admit, I seldom go into these shops to shop,
Even a window shopping, just look through the windows where they display the
clothing and there, walk pass it.
For this time, I do went in the shop, and look around for clothes!
Thanks to ah ku..
But didnt see any clothes that I like.
Not to say my taste is high or what so ever you might call it.
But maybe its just not right for me,
And not used to it though..

2nd shop - Edc
I suppose this is a new brand line in market for now..
The name reminds me of the EDC/EFC revision classes for the course that I'm
attending to get us prepared for the finals..
The clothes there are not that bad..
Of course right? If the design ain't nice,
How would it want to sell it out right? =)
But, its super expensive in there..
MOst of the clothing there are all in HUNDREDS!!
Maybe it is just an Expensive Dress Category..
* I know it doesn't make any sense. But its just me ok? me.. *

3rd shop - Mango

First, can someone clarify to me??
Is it a.k.a MNG??
I'm sorry but I am not into the fashion news or what so ever..
I do less shopping out there, so don't blame me..
For those who is a fan of MANGO or MNG.. Forgive me..
A spaghetti strap for RM 45?
I can get a nice one, which I am wearing now.
Plus, comfortable one for only RM 10!

Is that a exploitation of prices just because of the brand name?
Some brand, * I meant some and not in particular alright? *
I just brought this up since I just had it in mind..
One buy because its nice and its classy and its expensive and its branded..
Wear for once or twice, keep it in the closet..
Do not feel like wearing it everytime because its EXPENSIVE..
In the end, it just worned off..
But, you don't feel like throwing it off because its EXPENSIVE and you hardly
wore it..
Come to think of it..
Isn't it wasting doing such a thing?
Spending money on clothings which you hardly wear and many of it hanging in your
closet waiting to be disposed of at a later time?
WOuldn't it be much better by spending it off for food which fills your tummy?

4th shop - G2000

Most of the clothings here are working attire I could say..
The formal stream of clothes you could find here for both ladies and mens..
Laid my eye on one of the blouse..
Which I and my 'Ah Ku' seems to agree on it that it looks nice..
I'll post the picture up later on..
As I don't have a camera phone, pardon me.

Scroll around the shop, and she then looked at the ties to get one for her husband.
They are a sweet couple! And POLITE I could say..

5th shop - Adidas

Next, headed to Adidas to search for a thin long sleeve which has a wide collar
to be worn during her exercise..
There is, but its just too costly for a thin clothes for about RM 100?
NOthing much here for me,
Not a shop for me, Too Expensive..

6th shop - Nike

Seek out for sandals for her children,
As they are complaining about the shoes they are having now.
Canadian don't wear slippers there I suppose?
That is why they are not used to wearing slippers..
But got nothing here..

7th shop - MPH bookstore

My aunt encourages her children to read books.
To get them read and off the DS..
Talking about DS..
They each have (1) of NINTENDO DS LITE!!
Its like RM 500++ in Malaysia!!!!
Converts back to their currency, about.. RM 250++

8th shop - Royal Sporting Shop or something similiar..

Finally got their sandals here..
Only for the girl..
The boy is a pretty picky one..
Took a pretty long time picking a sandal though..

9th shop - JUSCO

Might not regard this as a shop.. Anyways..
Shop for kitchen utensils for grandmother's kitchen..
A pretty mess in the kitchen where she places the salt, sugar, and flour..
Thus, Aunt decided to buy a sort of rack and the plastic boxes to store those.
* It might not be called BOXES but its something similiar to it though. *
BOught a sterring wheel cover for grandma's car steering wheel as the old one has
worned out..
But in the end, it couldn't fit into the wheel as it is slightly smaller..
I wonder, it does not state there in the label that it has different sizes of
steering though.
They could not expect everyone to know right?
Although people might not read it,
But it would be of help to those whom read isn't it?

10th shop - cd shop

I did not went into these.. But my Aunt and her family did as their kids are looking
for movies though..
So, it is still considered as a shop for the window shopping isn't it?
I still look at the displays~!!
MAlaysian edition album.. 1 for RM 26.90, 2 for RM 50
Not Malaysian singer okay? Its the international singers..
I wonder why Malaysian edition though.. Sung in MALAY VERSION?

After all the tour around shops,
Finally decided to buy the top from G2000..
I can't remember how much it costed because the price tag ain't there anymore..
MAybe Rm 70 ++??
Its an ouch for me though..
But my Aunt say, last year she didn't manage to get me anything as she didn't get to see me,
So, this is something for you instead of the laptop skin.. =)
She's really nice.. I mean really nice..
She is the only ' Ah Ku ' I have.. =)
