Tokyo trip.. 1st - 2nd Day

A 7 day and 5 nights trip pass pretty fast with the heat and the BBQ from the sun of Japan!
The hottest time would be from 11 in the morning till about 5 in the evening..
And the temperature varies from city to city..
Nearer to the sea would be slightly cooler..
Whereas, the further from the sea, the hotter it would be..

A 1130 night flight from Malaysia to Narita..
Reaches in Narita at 7.30 a.m. Japan time, and 6.30a.m. in Malaysia.

Sitting at a mirror side seat was the best while travelling with the aeroplane as you could peek out the window and see the clouds below..


Best if it is a night arrival flight where you could see the country you were to visit.
The shiny lights below and the pretty sights you could never see on the ground!
Or if its a morning arrival,
You could see the tiny winy houses and the landscapes of the country you were visiting!

But the bad thing is,
I'm sitting on the seat where it is at the Wings of the aeroplane!!
Sad right? =(

Didn't manage to get a good sleep in the plane,
PLUS!!!!!! The TV ain't working for both my seat and the seat next to me,
So, spent the few hours grumbling about it and !@#$%^& about it!
If only the TV is working and I could watch TV to entertain myself throughout the night,
Or maybe a soothing music to lullaby me to sleep.
But too bad, that doesn't happen to me..

Served with supper on board,
Hot dog.. Didn't have the appetite to eat it as I was struggling to get some sleep!
Lazy to even take some pictures in the plane too..
Was just too tired..

When we finally landed on the grounds of the Narita Airport,
Was pretty relieved, but I'm just too sleepy!!!!
When, I finally able to sleep!
Then, my aunt called me up and say,
"Going to reach already, go brush up"
And guess what time she says that??
5.30 a.m. in Malaysia! Gosh..


1st place to go after arrival?
WASHROOM!!!
They have this really cute squatting toilet thingy..
In Malaysia, its just that one big hole in the middle and 2 stepping sides..
Over there, its like got a cover in front and its just bit narrow..
Whereas, the seated toilet is as usual,
But, with something extra - bidet style - high tech.



























While waiting for the rest to finish with their business in the washroom,
Managed to get a shot with brother before going to the custom department.

Finally when its my turn..
The Officer ( a lady okay? ) .. look, See passport - making sure you are who you are as stated in the passport,
Thumb print, * using the index finger instead of your thumb*
Smile to the camera,
Then, there you go, head to the luggage claim department,



- oh man, I look pretty plum in the picture don't I? And shorter than my brother very much!



In Japan, no normal phone can be used over there..
Only the 3Gs.. ( wild pigs.. ) XD
Available phone rental shops, luggage delivery service, small internet area.. ( not the free one )

First impression on the peoples here is that,
They walk.. Like we do, But is in the FAST pace, or either, you can see them RUNNING..

Guess how much was the internet rate over there?
100 yen for 5 minutes! 100 yen equivalent to RM 3++
Over here with the rate of RM 2 for 1 hour is pretty expensive..
What else to say when the rate is like quadruply higher over here..

And so, the hope to get online over there is pretty slim.
And to rent a phone there ain't cheap too!

Head for the bus when it arrives,
A 40 seater bus for 28 tourists..
A very comfortable one though! ahaha.

Was suppose to head to the hotel upon arrival,
However, the tour guide, Tony, said that the hotel was still full, no one checked out,
And therefore, we're heading to Tokyo Disneyland,
It was about 9 something 10 by that time..

Its super duper alot alot of people over there..
But according to the tour guide,
That day was considered normal already as compared as other days where the car park were really full plus a long stretch of tour busses..

The building behind of me was the new Disney resort constructed..
Its grand opening was on 8th of July this year though..



Price?? See and convert on your own! =P
Its a one year pass though.. Not that bad..
But who's still going there in one year time? As in travel there??
Coincidently, that was the 25th Anniversary celebration..

After about 6 - 7 hours in Disneyland,
Headed off to a chinese restaurant for dinner..
And the car ( below ) really catch my eye..



How the heck did the person manage to park that huge car into that 'just nice parking space'.
Even daddy says he dunno need how long to park into tat mini spacey!

Stayed a night at the Hotel Grand Palace.!
Sounds pretty grand.. The hospitality ain't bad though..
