was talking to a friend regarding examination system
and the marking system
assignment of classes during form 4 system
discriminations of students! haha
form 4 top classes being RESERVED for those straight 8As student? excuse me!
how hard working a person could be at one time, may slack back later on
unless he/she persistent.
otherwise a weaker student whom struggled through to achieve that good results
which they realised they need them so that could be in the top class
later on being told that, even they have good results.
the TOP classes being Reserved for those straight PMR students!
even how bad performance those students had shown.
privilege? don't you think its so gonna DEMOTIVATE students?
being teachers, don't you want your students to succeed instead of fallen behind?
those fallen behind you'll try to encourage them to work hard, shouldn't it be that way?
in some ways, yes human. however also will look down at those weaker ones.
but if you give them a chance,
they could probably do better than you.
they may be slow in catching up! but they have space to grow too!
