went breakfast at this westerny shop near Dar's office
for breakfast during the 3 day revision in KL last last week
called Bread & Story? if I'm not mistaken. hmm
not really like BEANS so I have my scramble egg! with croissant. hehe.
according to Dar, during lunch time its packed!
its a really small shop though, one shop lot nia.
and only like 20 tables if I dont remember wrongly. but western western type. hehe
probably its going to another spree there next next week when my revision class starts AGAIN!
I cant recall the price for these sets but its less than RM15 per set. for sure. affordable lar. =)
better than McD don't you think?
stay away from fast food people! haha. its not that healthy if consume too much.
next, was the Pontian Wan Tan mee shop at SS 15, Subang Jaya,
featuring wan tan mee.
not bad ler for the taste,
RM4 (s), Rm5 (m), RM 6(L)
the dry one with black sauce
the soup de
fried sui kao. wanted to order the wan tan de. but ordered wrongly. haha
the waitress got repeat order. just didnt hear properly. you know lar. my mandarin. xD
wee all FINISH!
its edible. haha. eat can eat. so so nia.
the wantan meat bit ni lor. cant taste much.
mee quite Q. haha
' sui kao ' kinda oily. >< eat also scared. =(
there are still few more types of sauces or method of preparation,
but still I only tried the traditional black sauce. hehe.
first time there.
maybe will go back for second try. but not if I am hungry. not very filling
another one was Bak Kut Teh,
although its not my favourite. but its not bad!
even in SS14 got many many shops,
dad decided to bring us to Raja Laut in KL to eat at this Bak Kut Teh shop,
hard to find parking lo! but lucky there was a spot nicely outside the shop.
Dont think its a legal parking space.
forgot what the shop called already. oops!
its all served in small bowls of soups
and the meat are served in bowl portions too as you can see from the picture.
its for 7 people portion that we had ordered here.
eat till the last few pieces , i give you, you give me.! haha
I had to 'bao mei'
considered kinda big appetite for the day. hehe
next stop, Ben & Nick's diner at the service apartment next to Subang Avenue,
its located at the ground floor on the left,
or should I say opposite Old Town? but to the right ler. hehe
dad's lamb cutlets
Cajun chicken. they have it marinated with this special cajun sauce. nice!
bro's lamb chop. its even more than dad's cutlets. plus its cheaper! lol.
dad was like I should have ordered this then.
thought in cutlets would be easier to eat. but its smaller portion plus more exp. ><
Qing's fish and chips.! I know. these pictures doesnt relate to the date in which we ate at this place
but still, since I'm talking about it. I'll just lump it all in. xD
the salad ! it comes with the set
complimentary garlic bread
the clam chowder! yummy!
its more like depends to certain days its nice certain day its not.
probably the added too much cheese in it which ruined the soup.
but most of the time there it was awesome! a must order! hehe
this is the chicken chop. hehe
the mash potatoes were yummY!
can fight with the Full House mash potatoes.! =)
could consider this quite affordable place for western dishes.
family runned business.
you can see its FULL house during weekends.
so be there early to get your seats! =)
